We guarantee that every item sold is 100% authentic or your money back.
All Sales Are Final
At Savvy Luxe Boutique, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, and items are not eligible for return or refund except under the specific conditions outlined below.
Pre-Loved Item Disclosure
Many of our items are "pre-loved" and may show signs of previous ownership.
* Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to carefully inspect all provided photos and read the full product description for any signs of wear, patina, or damage prior to purchase.
* Non-Returnable Conditions: Returns will not be accepted for any items based on signs of wear, aging, or damage that were already noted, described, or visible in the product photos at the time of sale.
Limited Exceptions for Returns
We will accept return requests only if they meet the following strict criteria:
* Condition: The item must be in the exact condition it was received—unopened (if applicable) and unused.
* Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
* Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your item is eligible for a return:
* Contact our support team at savvyluxeboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
* Include your order number and clear photos of the item’s current condition.
* If approved, you will be provided with shipping instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that was significantly misrepresented (i.e., damage was not disclosed in the listing) or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it matches the original condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment.
