Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Savvy Luxe Boutique. We strive to provide a seamless and secure shipping experience for all our luxury and pre-loved items.

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

• During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping:  5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 15-30 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Signature Requirement

To ensure the security of your "Luxe" purchases, orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Savvy Luxe Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Box addresses. However, for high-value items, we recommend shipping to a physical residential or business address for added security.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Savvy Luxe Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Redirects: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Savvy Luxe Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We highly recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance for high-value pre-loved items.
