2. Pre-Loved & Luxury Item Condition

• Unique Nature: Savvy Luxe Boutique specializes in pre-loved luxury items. By purchasing, you acknowledge that items may have been previously owned and may show signs of wear.

• Due Diligence: We provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions of every item. You agree that it is your responsibility to inspect these materials before purchase.

• Condition Disputes: We will not be held liable for "signs of wear" that were clearly documented in the product listing.

3. All Sales Final Policy

• No Returns: You acknowledge that all sales are final.

• Exceptions: Exceptions are only made for items that are completely unopened/unused and meet our specific Return Policy criteria (subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid shipping).

• Chargebacks: By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Savvy Luxe Boutique directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping & Signature Requirements

• Security: To protect your purchase, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Orders over $1500 require a direct signature.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Savvy Luxe Boutique are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Savvy Luxe Boutique shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Savvy Luxe Boutique has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
